The Welcome Center is located at the Lawrence Education & Community Center,

Welcome Center hours are 8:00AM – 4:30PM Monday through Friday.
To limit the number of patrons in the Welcome Center at one time, and to support social distancing efforts, we ask, if possible, that all forms be completed online. This will facilitate a quicker and easier enrollment.
Masks are required in the Welcome Center per Marion County mandate. Please limit the number of family members entering the Welcome Center to those required for enrollment.

- Middle and High School students will be automatically assigned to their neighborhood school -or- during certain windows of time, you may apply to your school of choice. The transfer application process for current MSDLT families wanting to request placement for their students to attend a middle or high school other than the school currently serving their attendance boundary, beginning in August for the 2020-21 school year, is currently closed. will be provided for all Lawrence Township students who:
- Attend their neighborhood school (applies to all grades except preschool); or
- Attend the Early Learning Center or Elementary School of their choice that is on the same side of the district as their neighborhood school. Refer to East-West Boundary Map.
